I also recommend that you download the Guitar Pro app onto your smartphone or tablet so that any sheet music I send over to you can be interactive and the sheet music will be less confusing if you are new to it (see video below).

WHAT PEOPLE SAY...

In January 2020 my son began guitar lessons with Tom, who I can’t recommend highly enough.

Tom’s teaching style is calm and encouraging. He is developing my son’s skills using a range of classic and contemporary guitar tracks, which make his lessons great fun and relevant. I am regularly amazed by what he and my son achieve during their 30 minute lessons.

Tom’s achievements as a teacher are particularly impressive due to the challenges of the 2020 pandemic. After less than 10 face-to-face lessons, both my son and Tom had to adjust quickly to virtual lessons. Since then, Tom has successfully kept my son engaged and motivated. It has been fantastic to see how much progress he has still been able to make. The two of them have built a great relationship during their first year together and his lessons have become a highlight of the week. We can’t wait to see what Tom will help my son achieve once they are back in his fantastic teaching room!
