Learn songs / techniques
After we've covered all the basics we can go through how to play songs from your favourite bands, learn a particular riff, chord progression or solo. Alongside this we'll cover different guitar techniques - beginner levels through to advanced.
Option to study Grades 1 - 8 from the Rockschool syllabus
in either the Electric or Acoustic guitar.
Recording / Music Production
I can offer demo recording and beginner Music technology tuition. Anything from recording you playing the guitar to programming a drum beat and learning mix techniques. We can work on demos using Logic Pro X or Garageband software. Work on songwriting whilst 
combining in Music Technology skills.
Music Theory
Understand the fretboard and learn about what you are playing. Get to grips with all of that music jargon! 
GCSE/BTEC Support
I can help with compositions, performances, and using Logic Pro/Sibelius softwares along with most other coursework requirements.

Tom is a great guitar teacher who constantly gives me advice on how to improve on different techniques that can make my guitar look and sound more professional, while also making it easier for me. With Tom as my guitar teacher, I have successfully passed my Rockschool Guitar Grade 1 with Distinction (92%) and have learnt new techniques such as ‘Hammer-Ons’ and ‘Pull-Offs.’ Overall, Tom has been a great Guitar teacher who has taught me lots and has gone beyond the expectation of normal guitar teachers.
